2. workshop in Poland. 15-25.08 Circus Trap

Welcome!

We would like to inform you that our project had been successfully accepted and will be organized this summer in Poland. Below you can find some detailed information about the project and about principles we need to follow.

Training

The training is taking from 15-25 August. The participants are from different countries: Israel, Ukraine, Poland, Germany and Lithuania. The training is devoted only for people who work with teenagers, which mean they must be above eighteen. We plan to organize full workshops which would include drum lessons, yoga, pantomime, dance, stage movement, choreography, theoretical activities, circus pedagogy, and the impact of juggling on people. We hope that we would be able to realize the majority of the aims we assumed. When the whole time table is completed we send it to all whom it may concern. Apart from activities mentioned, we would like to concentrate on juggling skills for advanced jugglers. That is why we would like to invite people who already juggle, have interesting ideas and want to share them with us. If somebody is interested in leading a workshops please let us know about that. The majority of workshops would be held in English.

Number of participants

Unfortunately the number of participants has been reduced due to its high cost and its form

(the training is complimentary). While writing the application we had to presuppose the number of women and men participating. The detailed

Accommodation:
The training would take place in a restored village house. The whole place (kitchen, bathrooms, garden, and the area outside) will be at our disposal. All the participants will sleep in one big hall. All you need to take with you is sleeping bag and a pillow. We try to send you some pictures of this place as soon as possible.

Board

We guarantee the full board for all the participants. The breakfasts and the suppers would be self catered. The lunch will be served by the cooking stuff. All vegetarians are requested to inform us about it in advance.

Transport

All the costs the participants have to cover are the transport costs. Nonetheless we refund you approximately 65-70% of money. Every group needs to buy the tickets. 50 % of the amount will be covered after your arrival and the rest (15-20 %) will be refund after having received your original tickets. It depends on the Euro rate in Poland and the transaction costs. In the table below you can see how much money you will have to your disposal. (The whole amount of money must include the costs from airport and back to airport) The nearest airport is in Gdansk and Warsaw and the train station in Ilawa. Please ask for our assistance in case you need help with the transport. In case you bought the ticket please send us the copy of your ticket on our e-mail address.

Additional Information

We cover all the costs connected with visas, though you need to substantiate it and present all the receipts for the transport cost you had to cover. To sum up, we urgently need the list of participants from every group, the name and e-mail address of one person who is going to be the contact person from the group. If somebody would like to have a workshops for other participants feel free to do so. We would be very happy if anybody could offer his ideas and abilities in forming the whole project. Please inform us about it in advance. Apart from fixed workshops there would be also free time for exchanging our experience and simple for chatting. We are happy to help you if you have any questions.

Take care and see you soon

Michal & Aneta
